Selecting an Architect/Architectural Designer will be governed by many factors. These factors may be as follows:

  • Does your Designer fit into your required budget

  • Does your Designer offer the services you require for the project?

  • Is your Designer going to be sympathetic to your design aesthetic and layout ideas?

  • Can the Designer fit your project into their busy schedule and complete the project on time?

  • Have you visited completed projects that the Designer has been involved with and spoken to previous Clients?

  • Is your Designer a member of a recognised governing body and do they hold the correct professional indemnity insurance?
