Quantity surveyor:
Quantity surveyors may be required during the construction phase of more complicated projects to assist with the valuation of works during contract administration and to support the Contract Administrator with interim payments.
Structural engineer:
A structural engineer may be required during the construction phase to examine and investigate areas of the existing structure that become accessible once works commence. They may also be needed to make amendments to designs and provide structural reports.
